Biography
Cristian Seña is a Fulbright Scholar and a third-year PhD student in Political Science at Tulane University. He holds a Jurisprudence degree and a Master of Laws from Rosario University in Colombia and has also studied Environmental Law at Externado University in Colombia. His research examines the relationship between social conflict, policy change, and environmental governance. His broader research interests include environmental politics, rural development, land politics, and state–society relations.
